Mac Migration Service for New Jersey Businesses
Move to a new Mac environment with your data intact, your applications ready, and your team productive.
MacWorks 360 plans the move, verifies backups, transfers data, configures accounts and applications, tests the result, and supports your team after handover.
The right move for your environment
Migration support for Macs, Windows PCs, servers, and cloud systems
Every migration begins with the systems and workflows your business already relies on. We identify what must move, what should be replaced, and what needs special handling before any production data is touched.
Windows to Mac
Move essential business data and workflows
Transfer business files, email, contacts, calendars, browser data, and compatible applications. We map important Windows workflows to practical Mac equivalents and prepare users for the change.
Mac to Mac
Set up the new Mac without carrying old problems forward
Move from an older Mac to a new MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, iMac, Mac mini, or Mac Studio while preserving the data, accounts, settings, and applications that still belong in the new environment.
Server or NAS to Mac
Preserve shared access and permissions
Move shared files from a Windows Server or NAS to a Mac-compatible server, a new NAS, or a cloud platform with folder structures, permissions, and access requirements accounted for.
Cloud migration
Reconnect the services your team depends on
Move business data to Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, iCloud, or another approved platform and reconnect the Mac environment to the new accounts, storage, and collaboration tools.
A controlled migration process
Six steps from discovery to post-migration support
Discovery and planning
Inventory devices, applications, accounts, storage locations, dependencies, and user needs.
Verified backup
Create and test a recoverable copy of business data before changing the source environment.
Transfer and configuration
Move data, configure user accounts, install approved applications, and reconnect business services.
Testing and validation
Confirm files open, applications launch, permissions work, and integrations behave as expected.
Training and handover
Walk users through the new environment and document the details they will need afterward.
Post-migration support
Resolve issues discovered during normal work and complete any agreed follow-up adjustments.
Built to reduce surprises
What we verify before the migration is complete
A transfer is not finished merely because the progress bar reaches the end. We validate the parts of the environment that affect real work.
- Source data has a verified backup
- User accounts and permissions work
- Business applications open correctly
- Email, calendars, and contacts synchronize
- Shared storage and cloud drives reconnect
- Printers, scanners, and required peripherals respond
- Security and encryption settings are enabled
- Users know where their files and tools moved
Common questions
Planning a Mac migration
How much downtime should we expect?
Downtime depends on data volume, application complexity, network speed, and the number of users. We plan transfers and cutovers around business priorities so disruption is predictable and limited.
Can every Windows application move to a Mac?
No. Some applications have Mac versions, some require a replacement, and others must remain in a Windows environment. We identify those dependencies during discovery rather than after the move.
Will old files and settings be copied automatically?
Only the data and settings included in the migration plan are moved. This avoids carrying unnecessary clutter, obsolete software, and unresolved problems into the new environment.
What happens to the old computer?
After validation, the source device can be retained temporarily as a fallback, repurposed, securely erased, recycled, or prepared for another user according to your policy.
